Please Note: Submit a separate reservation for each individual vehicle request. Once a reservation has been confirmed, Carolina
Motor Pool requires at least a 24 hour notice prior to scheduled pick up time for any cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a minimum
charge of one day’s rental. If a vehicle pick up is desired before 8 am, enter the previous day’s date and chose between 3:30 and
4:30 to pick up the vehicle at that time for no extra charge. When reservations are being made by a UNC recognized Student Organization,
an additional authorization form must be completed, signed and mailed to the Carolina Motor Pool at Campus Box 1800 so that it is on file prior to vehicle
pick up.
